Who May Qualify

  • Age 18-65 years
  • Diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, or panic disorder (DSM-5)
  • HAM-A score ≥ 17 or other validated assessment meeting threshold
  • Symptoms present for at least 6 months
  • Inadequate response to or intolerance of at least one prior treatment
  • Stable living situation

Who May Not Qualify

  • Primary diagnosis of OCD or PTSD
  • Current major depressive episode (unless comorbid)
  • Substance use disorder within 6 months
  • Current CBT or other structured psychotherapy
  • Benzodiazepine use above specified threshold
