Who May Qualify
- Age 18-65 years
- Diagnosis of generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, or panic disorder (DSM-5)
- HAM-A score ≥ 17 or other validated assessment meeting threshold
- Symptoms present for at least 6 months
- Inadequate response to or intolerance of at least one prior treatment
- Stable living situation
Who May Not Qualify
- Primary diagnosis of OCD or PTSD
- Current major depressive episode (unless comorbid)
- Substance use disorder within 6 months
- Current CBT or other structured psychotherapy
- Benzodiazepine use above specified threshold
