  • Age 18-75 years
  • Chronic pain lasting 3+ months
  • Specific pain type required (low back, neuropathic, osteoarthritis - study dependent)
  • Average pain intensity ≥4 on 0-10 scale
  • Stable pain medications for at least 2 weeks
  • No plans for surgery during study period

  • Pain due to cancer or pending cancer diagnosis
  • Scheduled surgery during study period
  • Current high-dose opioid use (thresholds vary by study)
  • Substance use disorder
  • Pending litigation related to pain condition
