Who May Qualify
- Age 18-70 years
- Confirmed diagnosis of Crohn's disease for at least 3 months
- Moderate-to-severe active disease (CDAI 220-450)
- Evidence of active inflammation on colonoscopy or imaging
- Inadequate response to conventional therapy
- Stable doses of permitted concomitant medications
Who May Not Qualify
- Ulcerative colitis or indeterminate colitis
- Bowel obstruction or abscess
- Prior extensive bowel resection (short bowel syndrome)
- Stoma present
- Active C. difficile or other intestinal infection

You will complete daily or weekly diaries tracking symptoms like bowel movements, abdominal pain, and general well-being. Regular blood tests and periodic endoscopy assess objective disease activity.
