Who May Qualify
- Age 18-70 years
- Fibromyalgia diagnosis (ACR 2010/2016 criteria)
- Symptoms present for at least 3 months
- Average pain score ≥4 on 0-10 scale
- Widespread Pain Index (WPI) ≥7 and Symptom Severity Score (SSS) ≥5
- Stable medications for at least 4 weeks
Who May Not Qualify
- Inflammatory arthritis or autoimmune disease
- Untreated sleep apnea
- Uncontrolled psychiatric disorder
- Current opioid use >30 morphine mg equivalents daily
- Pending disability or workers compensation claims
