Who May Qualify
- Age 18-65 years
- Diagnosis of PTSD (DSM-5 criteria)
- CAPS-5 score ≥ 25 or PCL-5 score meeting threshold
- Traumatic event occurred at least 6 months prior
- Stable medications for at least 4 weeks
- Able to attend regular therapy sessions if required

- Active suicidal ideation with intent
- Current psychotic disorder
- Moderate-to-severe substance use disorder
- Traumatic brain injury with ongoing symptoms
- Unstable medical conditions
